Alpha Squad
Starts November 7th
Coaching youth to realize their natural given talents and gifts. Calling out their strengths through the platform of athletics and physical training. With it’s main goal of building Confidence, Alpha Squad encourages it’s athletes to learn from the discipline it teaches. Discipline is powerful and allows for the ultimate building of Confidence both Physically and Mentally.
Strength- Deliberate, quality of motion, source of power, moving deliberately through a resisted range of motion
Power- Speed through strength movements
Agility- functional movements incorporating balance and body control
Quickness- Application of strength and power through functional movements incorporating balance and body control
Speed-Application of all, SPAQ, over distance with a decrease in time as the outcome

- Athletes will be tested at the beginning and during the process for assessment and progress
- Sessions will focus on SPAQS with the main goal of increasing Confidence
- Athletes and Parents will have access to monthly nutrition class
- Increased Confidence both Physically and Mentally
