The Dawg Squad VISION IS….WE CAN!
We are made up of 3 bodies. Our mental/emotional bodies, our spiritual bodies, and our physical bodies.
The Dawg Squad uses the platform of our physical bodies to engage our true nature in all 3 bodies. We transform the body through disciplined group personal training. Why is this So important: The physical body is a gateway to the mental/emotional and spiritual bodies. We are able to drown out the noise that we hear coming from the world and focus on what it is that our heart is saying not just or even so much what our minds are saying. At this point we are able to actually tell it that we CAN and we are able to bypass the garbage that sometimes our mind puts out.
The Dawg Squad is about unleashing our mental/emotional and spiritual bodies into what we are created to be through the platform of physical exercise. Taking our physical bodies, through facilitated group personal training, to places that we may not believe we can go.
*Doing things that our mind tells us not to do.
*Believing in our physical gifts when our mind says that we don’t have them.
*discipline and the ability to tap into the power of discipline and what we have been given. When we access the power that discipline has to offer we can see, do, and be more than we have ever thought.
The Dawg Squad will consist of:
- Your workout your way. Pick from any of the 365-4-30 or 365-4-60 sessions on the schedule.
- It is a commitment of 90 days or 12 weeks. During the 12 weeks you will have full membership access.
- Includes 4 sessions with a Nutritionist.
- For $200 per month recognize where you are starting, discover where you can go and take advantage of the support from other Dawg Squaders.
The design will be flexible so that it will mirror the things that come up in life, but it will have a frame and be structured so we are able to access the power that discipline wants to give us.
