Warm-up, Stretch….Dive in head first. Come and join us for an hour of heart pounding, lungs expanding functional and strength workout that will make solid your stability, steady your balance, and increase your flexibility. 365-4-60 starts with dynamic stretches and plyometric movements, then moving to strength workout that focuses on functionality, and ending with isometric posing and cool down stretches. It’s not the workout it’s the group!

30 Minutes – Warm up…Work it out…cool it down and stretch. Do exercises you never dreamed you would do. Learn how your body functions and moves.

Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga is a time-tested sequence of poses designed to align and strengthen the body and nervous system. At FitStudio365 we practice the primary series, the beginning series in the Ashtanga methodology. This series concentrates on the hips and hamstrings to begin opening tight muscles and unblocking the internal flow of energy. It is an empowering process that, when practiced over time, will result in greater stamina, strength, flexibility, concentration, breath control, and an enhanced sense of self awareness. It is perfect for beginners and is a beautiful compliment to other activities such as weight training, running, or cycling.

Power Yoga

Yoga is a high energy, fast paced variation of traditional yoga. It borrows the concept of Vinyasa, or breath-synchronized movement, from Ashtanga but in a free form setting so each class is different. Accompanied by up-tempo music, you will breathe, sweat, and move. You will get stronger and more flexible. More importantly, with persistence, you will gain a greater self-discipline and self-mastery. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice.
