We will instruct you on specific stretching techniques that are designed to elongate your muscles and increase soft tissue extensibility using foam rollers. Believe it or not, there is documented scientific rationale for flexibility training. Yes, flexibility TRAINING. You have to train your muscles to stretch. Working out and stretching go to hand in hand, like peanut butter and jelly.
